We provide a platform for Sellers to process payments from Customers for goods and services. We act solely as a third-party facilitator and do not own or control the products or services offered by Sellers. Our Services include:

Secure payment collection from Customers on behalf of Sellers, Transmission of payments to Sellers, less applicable fees, Dispute resolution assistance regarding payments

Note: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services provided by Sellers.


3. Account Creation

To use our Services, both Sellers and Customers may need to create an account with accurate and complete information you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of any breach of these Terms.


4. Payment Processing

All payments collected are held securely and processed in accordance with our payment policy.We charge a service fee on each transaction, which will be deducted from the total payment collected before funds are transferred to the Seller.Customers agree that once a payment is made, HeyPayout.co is authorized to hold and release the funds to the Seller, as outlined in these Terms.


5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may be provided at the Seller’s discretion, and we encourage Customers to contact Sellers directly for any issues with their purchase.If a dispute arises, we may mediate between Customers and Sellers but are not responsible for any refunds unless expressly outlined in our Refund Policy.If a chargeback or reversal is initiated by a Customer, we reserve the right to recover funds from the Seller, in line with our policies.


6. Service Fees

HeyPayout.co charges a service fee for payment processing, which will be deducted from the funds transferred to the Seller.All fees are outlined on our Website and are subject to change. It is the responsibility of both Sellers and Customers to review our fees before using our Services.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from transactions or interactions between Customers and Sellers. Our role is limited to facilitating payment processing, and we do not guarantee the quality or delivery of goods or services no event shall heypayout.co, its affiliates, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Heypayout.co, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
